Ronnie’s Subzero Heroes Team and Granite Barbell take icy jump for alzheimer’s

Subzero Heroes came out for the ninth annual Alzheimer’s Association fundraising event which featured a polar jump into frozen Berean Lake. Brett Somerville, from Granite Barbell, joined Ronnie’s Subzero Heroes Team for the icy challenge. Ashley Squire, Team Captain, organized the team to raise awareness and funds to be used to support families living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia as well as to support research. With the help of generous donations from Granite Barbell members, Ronnie’s Team raised $1,669.00 to be donated to fight for a cure .

Proceeds from the Subzero Heroes event go to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Chapter which serves seven counties in New York, including Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.
