DOWN WITH THE THICKNESS
Down with the Thickness is coming October 5th. We have two amazing vendors. Up in Smoke Bar-B-Que and Shakersmoothie will be there plus a live band, which I think is pretty cool for a Strongman show.
THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
If you didn’t notice, there are a lot of black mats at the gym. That’s because, most likely in late November, we will be having a gym renovation with some awesome equipment coming in such as the Back Attack and Inverse Curl plus more!
I have never been interested in what other gyms are doing and instead, focused on making the grass greener on our side. And that’s what I think we have done. I have tremendous gratitude to the people that have walked in the doors of GB and are still at GB. You have helped make the gym what it is today. A huge thank you to our friends and supporters!
We want to provide the best gym with the most diverse equipment where we have professional Strongmen and Strongwomen training next to a neurodivergent person training next to a grandmother rehabbing her hip. We want the full spectrum of people in the gym and that’s what we’ve done. And this has been made possible thanks to you.
